Veer Electronic is a solar equipment shop based in Tando Jam, Sindh, Pakistan — selling panels, batteries, inverters, and complete solar systems. In just over a year of operation the business had grown to the point where manual management was becoming a serious problem.
Like most small businesses in Pakistan, Veer Electronic was managing everything on paper registers. Every sale was handwritten. Every stock entry was manual. Every credit record lived in a notebook. And every morning started with the same tedious process of going through those records to understand where the business stood.

What we built
Infresco built a complete solar shop management system from scratch — designed specifically around how Veer Electronic operates on a daily basis. The goal was simple: replace every paper register and manual process with one fast, reliable digital system.
Invoice Generation
The most used feature every day. Before the system, every invoice was handwritten — time consuming, error prone, and impossible to track. Now every sale generates a complete digital invoice instantly with all product details, quantities, prices, and customer information. What used to take minutes now takes seconds.
Stock and Inventory Management
Managing solar equipment inventory — panels, batteries, inverters, and complete systems — requires tracking multiple product types with different quantities and price points. The system maintains a complete real-time stock register for all products and sends automatic alerts when any item falls below the minimum stock level.
Credit Records and Customer Accounts
One of the most painful parts of running a shop in Pakistan is tracking which customers have outstanding balances. The system maintains a complete digital ledger for every customer — all transactions, payments made, and current balance. The owner gets automatic daily alerts about customer accounts so nothing falls through the cracks.
Data Backup System
